Keep in mind

Base64 is an encoding, not encryption: anyone can decode it. Text is converted to UTF-8 first, so accented letters and emoji take several bytes each. Decode with the same mode that produced the text.

Can I decode a Base64 data URI?

Paste just the Base64 part (after the comma) to decode it. The tool expects raw Base64.
