Mileage Reimbursement Calculator is a free, in-browser tool that turns miles driven into a reimbursement amount using cents-per-mile rates. Log multiple trips, pick a purpose for each, and the total reimbursement, total miles and effective rate update as you type. Every rate is editable and nothing is uploaded.
Each trip's reimbursement is miles × rate ÷ 100 (the rate is in cents per mile, so dividing by 100 gives dollars), and the totals sum every trip. No rates are preset, because official rates change every year: enter the cents-per-mile rates that apply to you, such as the US IRS standard mileage rates for your tax year (published on irs.gov) or your employer's reimbursement rate.
Use it to build an expense claim, reimburse an employee, or estimate a deduction. Mix business, medical and charity trips freely; the effective-rate tile shows the blended cents per mile across everything you entered.
