About this tool

The K/D Ratio & Win Rate Calculator turns your raw match stats into the numbers players actually compare, all worked out in your browser with nothing uploaded. Enter your kills and deaths — plus, optionally, assists, wins, losses, headshots, total shots, and a target K/D you are chasing.

Your K/D ratio is kills ÷ deaths; with zero deaths it shows ∞ for a flawless record. KDA is (kills + assists) ÷ deaths, rewarding the support work a plain K/D ignores. Win rate is wins ÷ (wins + losses) × 100, and the headshot percentage is headshots ÷ total shots (if you give shots) or headshots ÷ kills otherwise. To see how much grinding a goal takes, the kills-needed figure is ceil(target K/D · deaths − kills) — the extra kills, at your current deaths, to reach that ratio.

Every optional field simply adds another result tile when filled, so you can use it as a quick K/D check or a full session breakdown. Only kills and deaths are required; leave the rest blank and those extra stats are skipped.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a good K/D ratio?
A K/D of 1.0 means you trade evenly — a kill for every death. Above 1.0 is net positive; competitive players often aim for 1.5 or higher. It varies by game and role, so compare against your own past sessions too.
What is the difference between K/D and KDA?
K/D is kills ÷ deaths. KDA is (kills + assists) ÷ deaths, so it credits the damage and support you provide without landing the final blow — useful in team games where assists matter as much as kills.
How is 'kills needed for a target K/D' found?
It solves (kills + x) / deaths = target for x, giving x = ceil(target · deaths − kills), rounded up to a whole kill. It assumes your death count stays the same while you rack up those extra kills.
How is the headshot percentage calculated?
If you enter total shots it is headshots ÷ shots × 100 (headshots per shot fired); otherwise it is headshots ÷ kills × 100 (headshots per kill). Fill in whichever number you track.
